877bat's Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

877bat (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "877bat") operates an online Sports Betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 877bat and its users ("Members").

Definitions of key terms used in these Terms and Conditions are provided below:

• "Member" — A person who has created an account on 877bat and is using the platform.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds stored in a member's account.
• "Bonus" — Various promotional offers provided by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The requirement to wager a specified amount before withdrawing a bonus.

To register an account with 877bat, Members must meet the following requirements. Each Member may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated and balances may be forfeited.

Registration Terms

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

• Your password must be strong and must not be shared with any third party.
• The Member is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.
• Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

877bat may verify a Member's identity prior to processing withdrawals or transactions above a specified limit. This process may require a copy of a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. 877bat reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

877bat strictly enforces a minor protection policy. All Members must be 18 years of age or older to access and use this Platform.

• Registration is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age.
• Betting or gaming on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• 877bat reserves the right to request age verification if there is any doubt about a member's age.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access this Platform.

877bat supports the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits.

General Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved channels.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Only deposits made from a payment account registered in the member's own name are accepted.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and any such transactions will be rejected.
• 877bat does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.

877bat is committed to processing Members' winnings quickly and securely. The following rules apply to all withdrawals.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in the Member's own name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.
• 877bat may place a hold on payments for suspicious transactions until an investigation is completed.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by the member's account level.

Welcome Bonus

Bonus Abuse

All Members must comply with the following rules when placing bets on 877bat. These Terms and Conditions apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and all other games.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 877bat reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded.
• 877bat is not liable for bets that fail to go through during live betting due to network delays.
• Bets accepted after odds have changed will be settled at the updated odds.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match across multiple accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 877bat. Members found engaging in such activities will have their accounts terminated and balances forfeited.

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Betting via hacking, bots, or any automated software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another Member's account.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Betting using insider information or match-fixing related information.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.

877bat is committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial hardship. We have put in place a number of measures to protect our Members.

• Members can set their own daily or weekly deposit limits.
• A cooling-off period can be activated at any time.
• Through the Self-Exclusion option, an account can be temporarily or permanently closed.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, our support team is available to help.

Protecting members' personal data is 877bat's top priority. We safeguard all member information using SSL encryption and advanced security measures.

• Member information is never sold or shared with third parties without authorization.

877bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Where closure is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• If a member submits a request to close their own account.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the Member provided no Terms violations have occurred. If fraudulent activity is proven, all balances will be forfeited.

877bat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect.

• Any changes to the terms will be updated on this page.
• Members will be notified by email or SMS when significant changes are made.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If a member does not accept the updated terms, they may close their account and withdraw their balance.
